SHAPESHIFTER V2 Inspiration- “Dead Astronauts” by Jeff Vandermeer / “The Flowering Wand” by Sophie Strand /Lunar Eclipse in Leo / Artemis / New Futures V2 is all black- Earth human sized- OOAK V1 is cream and silver- scaled for Earth giant- NFS miss velvet cream Neocouture is ultrafemme clothing, handmade by artist Scatha G Allison. These one of a kind pieces are cut, upcycled, remade and constructed from vintage, deadstock and offcut fabrics. MVC was founded in 2003 in San Francisco.

MATERIALS USED:

Upcycled/ reclaimed materials: black leather (cowhide) scraps, discarded black cotton jersey tshirt, found brass D-Rings. 80 separate geometric pieces of leather backed with cotton jersey and stitched. New materials: thread, ribbon, MVC label

WEARING INSTRUCTIONS:

Designed to have head in the piece when shapeshifting, line up the eyes- but it can be worn on top of the head, 3 varieties of ribbons provided for closure- tie on, variable size. OPEN GENDER.
