Earning Diamonds is easy. By creating your account, you’ll start off with 50 Diamonds---on us! Once you’re in, click on the red "REWARDS" Gift icon at bottom right corner of our site to access your personal Diamond* treasure trove.
*Please allow 24-48 hours for Diamonds from past purchases to appear in your Rewards account.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
👉🏼 Click white floating "REWARDS" icon at site bottom right corner of our website.
👉🏼 Login to your Store Account using the email we sent this message to.
👉🏼 If you are getting an error that you don't have an account, it means in the past, you checked out as guest so now you need to Create an Account. (Make sure you are using the same email that you used to make online purchases. If you don’t know, check your emails to see where we are messaging you.)
👉🏼 View your Diamonds balance and how earn more.
👉🏼 Redeem Diamonds by turning them into Gift Cards that you use at checkout. (Cannot be combined with other Discount Codes.)
HOW DO I CREATE OR LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
There are multiple ways to access your account.
👉🏼 From the Website on Desktop, click “Account” in the top right corner.
👉🏼 From the Website on Mobile, click the Human Icon on the top middle.
👉🏼 From the Treasure Trove, click “Create a Store Account" in floating red and white window.
👉🏼 Note: The email you use for your Store Account should be the same as the one when placing orders. If you use a different email address then the Diamonds that you score from purchases won't show up in your account.
I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN.
👉🏼 If you are getting an error that you don't have an account, it means in the past, you checked out as guest so now you need to Create an Account.
👉🏼 When creating or logging in, make sure you are using the same email that you used to make online purchases. (If you don’t know, check your emails to see where we are messaging you.)

HOW DO I EARN DIAMONDS?
👉🏼 Besides by buying things, there are other ways to earn Diamonds. These actions are listed in TREASURE TROVE icon on the bottom right corner of the page. From there, click on the “Earn Diamonds” tab and start growing your sparkly stockpile today!
HOW DO I SPEND DIAMONDS?
👉🏼 After your Store Account is active and linked to the same email as linked for placing order, click on “Get Rewards” tab in the Treasure Trove and you will see the list of all the discounts and/ or gift card amounts you can redeem your Diamonds for.
👉🏼 Redeem your Diamonds for Gift Cards to use at Checkout.
👉🏼 Note: Rewards cannot be combined with other Coupon Codes. For example, if you're applying a storewide discount code to your purchase, you'll have to use your reward another time. Instead, we recommend growing a stockpile to redeem for that something extra special.

👉🏼 Are you trying to combine with another Coupon Code? Unfortunately you cannot combine them with other offers.
👉🏼 Did you turn them into Gift Cards? Make sure you redeem them for Gift Cards before checking out.
I REDEEMED A GIFT CARD I DON'T WANT, HOW DO I GET MY DIAMONDS BACK?
👉🏼 We can cancel the gift card code and return your Diamonds to your balance, just shoot us a message and include the email address associated with your account.
I SHOULD HAVE MORE DIAMONDS...
👉🏼 If it's a recent purchase, please allow up to 48 hours for the Diamonds to appear.
👉🏼 The email you use for your Store Account should be the same as the one when placing orders. If you use a different email address the Diamonds that you score from purchases won't show up in your account.
👉🏼 As for Diamonds before September 1, 2021 - only those from online purchases since 2014 using the same email will count toward your balance. Web purchases from here forward will continue to accrue in your account (as long as you use the same email). To ensure in store purchases apply to your balance moving forward, ensure you get an email receipt in the store using the same email as your account.
WHAT IS THE TREASURE TROVE?
👉🏼 Your TREASURE TROVE is your rewards program dashboard. Here, you can see how many Diamonds you have, how you've earned them, ways to earn more, and if and which rewards you can redeem for now.
👉🏼 Access it by clicking the icon on the bottom right corner of the website.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
👉🏼 Diamond Gift Cards cannot be combined with other Coupon Codes.
👉🏼 You must be logged in to your account when you perform actions to collect Diamonds.
👉🏼 You must use the same email to collect Diamonds. Diamonds in multiple accounts cannot be combined.
👉🏼 Diamonds are not redeemable for cash or transferable to other parties.
👉🏼 To collect Diamonds on in-store purchases, the same email must be used for the receipt as is linked with your account.
👉🏼 Diamonds may only be redeemed on in-stock merchandise excluding Headgear Art Show.
👉🏼 Product Reviews may only be submitted on items you purchased.
👉🏼 When you return merchandise, the returned value will be deducted from your Diamond balance.
