MATERIALS USED
Lace, Up cycled fabric, vintage fabric, Wire frame, silver plated chain and wiring, crystals, synthetic hair, Led lighting, silk and fabric flowers, butterflies

WEARING INSTRUCTIONS

Tie upper ribbon 1st thru metal slit at back and tie in bow. center front of headpiece..and then tie lower strap (works best with lower pony tail and tie bow underneath. Pockets for lights battery at both sides of piece towards back. Delicate on off switch. Replaceable batteries
