This is a one of a kind piece of wearable art made for the Five and Diamond Eighth Annual Headgear Art Show and shown on June 12, 2020.

My piece, "Quarantina" is a call to remember who you are, a costume to wear when activating inner secrets of yourself. My fashion goals are to cultivate imagination and inspire creative self expression. Costuming can be a transformative tool, giving us the ability to see ourselves in our true ultimate avatar form. Self love, and the endless discovery of self in the idealized form, is a mantra of self love.  Through our passion for visual integrity and personal style, we can change the world.

MATERIALS USED

Whatever was available at home during quarantine: Leather, Swarovski crystal chain, reclaimed hardware

WEARING INSTRUCTIONS

Headpiece is composed of separate pieces for multiple styling options and ease of use. Matching set: Halo headpiece + head chain + mask.
Style hair under Halo headpiece and use stick to secure in place (or headband.)

Chains attach around the back of the neck and are adjustable on both sides with clasps. Size medium but can be adjusted for fit, please measure circumference of head.
