We know it's hard to buy things on the internet and customer satisfaction is our goal at fiveanddiamond.com. In the event that any unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit (less shipping costs) or exchange, subject to item availability, within 14 days of the date you receive the package. Ear jewelry, undergarments, sale items, headgear, and one-of-kind art pieces are final sale. Please read the full Return Policy here.


Order changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer assistance representatives at 415-255-9747, or by e-mailing us at orders@fiveanddiamond.com.



If the item(s) sent was incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact customer service by phone or email. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us at orders@fiveanddiamond.com.



Delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location or order date.

We will make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. Orders are usually (but not guaranteed to be) shipped out within 3 business days of placement and are usually received within one week of ordering for those within the United States and between 1-3 weeks for International orders. Orders placed on Thursday after 12pm to Sunday will be shipped on Monday of the following week.

Five and Diamond is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the postal service or being held at customs (for international). We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner but we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. The customer assumes full responsibility for the merchandise. Five and Diamond will assist you in filing a claim with USPS and will do everything in its power to get you your money or merchandise back but in the event that the postal service will not replace/refund the shipment, the customer unfortunately must take the loss. 


By placing an international order with Five and Diamond, we guarantee to ship out the items in a timely manner but the customer takes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the items we ship. Five and Diamond cannot be held responsible for any lost packages caused by USPS or your countries postal system. The customer assumes full responsibility for the merchandise. Five and Diamond will assist you in filing a claim with USPS and will do everything in its power to get you your money or merchandise back but in the event that the postal service will not replace/refund the shipment, the customer unfortunately must take the loss. This is the only way Five and Diamond can continue shipping internationally so before placing an international order, be sure you are prepared to take on this responsibility.

Customs and Fees incurred through international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We ship worldwide and do not know the customs policies of every country so please know your own and be prepared to pay what your country requires. We cannot help this or tamper with this as it is against the law.


Merchandise that is paid for but left at Five and Diamond for over 4 months will be considered abandoned and donated. This includes merchandise that we ship out and is returned to us by mail, in store pick up that is never picked up, items purchased at the store and left to pick up at a later date, etc. We do want you to get the item you purchased and we can be flexible with this policy as long as you are in communication with us. Once an item is considered abandoned, it will be donated and you forfeit your rights to the item and the money you paid for the item.


When you place an order with fiveanddiamond.com we utilize a secure server. Taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, fiveanddiamond.com ensures the security of your online transaction. The industry standard for encryption, SSL technology creates a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. SSL technology encrypts files allowing only fiveanddiamond.com to decode your information.


Fiveanddiamond.com currently accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. We also accept PayPal. Money orders can be arranged in advance through email. We DO NOT accept cash through the mail or personal checks.



Fiveanddiamond.com is required by law to charge sales tax on orders SHIPPED TO California addresses. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states or internationally. San Francisco sales tax is 8.75%.



All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, Five and Diamond reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. Please further note that Five and Diamond shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Five and Diamond shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that you paid.
