Shipping Info

Five and Diamond ships anywhere in USA and just about everywhere in the world that the United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers! 

**We generally ship web orders 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If something is urgently needed, it's possible to ship faster, contact us here to inquire.

You can choose your speed and choice of carrier at checkout. We offer USPS Ground Advantage or Priority options, as well as UPS overnight and second day air.

You can upgrade to receive your items faster!
Next Day or 2nd Day - Often we find that USPS Express Mail is not the most reliable as a “next day” method. If you need to guarantee your items for next or second day delivery, please use the UPS option. If you want it faster but not trying to meet a deadline USPS Express is a good way to go.

  • UPS is best for literal for next day delivery but it can be pricey and they do not deliver on the weekends. If you place your order before 2pm, we can generally get it out same day. Contact us via email to make sure we saw it! (When choosing Next Day UPS, if placed before 12pm, it will arrive at the next week day. If Friday before noon then Monday.)

International Orders have the option of USPS First Class International shipping or USPS Priority Mail International (faster).

  • International shipping is calculated in "real time" rates meaning you pay the exact cost to ship depending on the service you select. To keep your shipping rate down, we do not add any extra cost or handling fee.
  • Note, you will need to cover the cost of the taxes of your country. 
  • We have no way to know what every countries policies/taxes are so you need to be responsible for your own importing.

FEDEX - We do not offer FedEx as a shipping option automatically. If you would like to use your own FedEx account for expedited service, please do one of the following:

  • contact orders@fiveanddiamond.com 
  • call us at 415-255-9747
  • Put your Fedex Account number in the comments with the shipping type you want.  

Five and Diamond is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of merchandise once it has been taken by USPS, UPS, or any other shipping provider.
