This is a one of a kind piece of wearable art made for the Five and Diamond Eleventh Annual Headgear Art Show and shown on June 16, 2023 in San Francisco.

DESCRIPTION:

This pattern was based off of a vertebrae concept but taken to an electric level. Fox of Lyraphic is a trans artist specializing in hand sculpted leather. Fox of Lyraphic is a trans queer artist originally from the California bay area but has since been finding community and friends in new places across the US the last 3 years. Each work is hand sculpted leather through a technique Fox taught themselves.

WEARING INSTRUCTIONS:

The cheek pieces are the most diverse for positioning. You can frame the face, tie back to the nap of the neck, or filp to the side (which is my favorite way to wear it). Please make sure when placing on the head the vertebrae don't flip to the inside near the o ring in the back as that will be uncomfortable for the wearer.
